Cancellation Timeframe:

• Cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment will receive a full refund.

• Cancellations made with less than 48 hours of the appointment will incur a £30 cancellation fee.
   

No-Show Policy:

• Should you be unavailable upon my arrival without prior notification, you will be charged the full amount of the booking.
   

Rescheduling:

• Rescheduling is never a problem with more than 48 hours notice.
